It is not mandatory to own the property. You can take the property on lease as long as you have the right to enter into this engagement.
We are looking at commercial properties with 1500-3000 square feet carpet areas, compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. We would prefer locations which are near prominent locations , near high footfall areas, near schools etc

7 lakhs + GST ( Non Refundable )
a. Estimated investment for a 1200-1500 sq.ft area with 2 treatment rooms would cost approximately 10 lakhs which is exclusive of Franchisee Fee & Property Deposit, if it’s rented or lease. Additional working Capital of 5 lakhs for operating the centre for 6 months or until you break even.
b. Estimated investment for a 1800-2400 sq.ft area with 3 treatment rooms would cost approximately 14 lakhs which is exclusive of Franchisee Fee & Property Deposit, if it’s rented or lease. Additional working Capital of 5 lakhs for operating the centre for 6 months or until you break even.
