Ayurvardhini therapy enhances body immunity, restores vigour & vitality and helps harmonise the body and mind. This therapy involves body massage (Abhyangam) with medicated oil that helps relieve joint and muscles stiffness and improve the complexion and texture of the skin. Shirodhara, an incessant stream of luke warm oil is poured on the forehead with a gentle massage on the head, which helps reduce stress and strain.

Sandhirujahara Therapy

A unique therapy which helps to cure aches and stiffness of joints, and also strengthens body muscles, whilst making the skin soft. In this therapy, medicated oil is applied over the whole body, followed by Choornakizhi – medicated powder bags massage.

Pre & Post Natal Care

Ayurveda places a very special emphasis on maintaining a woman’s health during and after pregnancy. It regards the woman and her ability to produce and care for children as the basis of family life which in turn is the very foundation of society. Our Doctors at Keva Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt Ltd are now pleased to offer a Pre and Post Natal Care to expecting Moms.

Prenatal Care

From the first day of conception onwards through out the pregnancy period special care should be given to the mother’s diet, mode of life, daily activities etc . Our Prenatal Care package involves consultation with our Doctors on all of the requirements and prescription of various natural herbal medicines and health tonics that help the growth of fetus and the production of breast milk whilst strengthening the body and muscles of the Uterus.

Postnatal Care

“When the mother feels good about herself, it is easier to meet the needs of her new born”. During pregnancy, the mother’s body undergoes a series of structural & functional variations. After delivery, the mother needs good care and attention to restore the energy to prevent post natal complications. The postnatal program includes therapies that only use time tested and effective Ayurvedic herbs and medicines which work together to nurse the mother’s body back to normalcy. These medicines help in toning the Abdominal muscles & Uterus to its normal state, cure the body aches and pains & correct the mother’s Digestion and Metabolism.
